Our goal is to reduce lifestyle-related chronic illness through better understanding of healthy food, hydration, movement, and smart daily choices.

Through national or statewide distributions to all 4th graders and their families, Super Me aligns with the Administration for a Healthy America (AHA) goal to reach, educate, and support all families with tools to build health equity and long-term wellness.

Our mission is to help reduce chronic lifestyle-related diseases by improving understanding of healthy choices though fun STREAM* summer learning. (*STEM + Reading & Art)

Super Me is a national initiative developed by Walnut Canyon Press, a nonprofit founded by Adi Benning in 2008 to promote early literacy and whole-health education.

It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken adults.
